My name is Michelle. I am an Air Force wife and mother of two children. I am a self taught cake decorator.

I began decorating cakes when my oldest child turned 2 and wanted Elmo. We were overseas and the “cake lady” wanted to charge $100 for the cake. I ordered everything I needed to make the cake and made the very first cake two weeks before the party to make sure I could do it. The day before the party I made the second cake and never baked again. I made Dora for the 3rd birthday and I have been decorating ever since.

I love what I do and enjoy seeing the excited child get their dream cake or the appreciative customer get that special cake to enhance their party. To me, that love is what makes the hard work worth it.

About the cake….I have spent a lot of time experimenting to get the perfect recipe. I think that my special, secret recipe comes close. My icing is light and creamy which allows you to taste my moist, flavorful cake. My cakes are always made fresh with the best ingredients to guarantee a great tasting cake every time. I am impressed with the appearance of my cakes, but pride myself in the taste.

To ensure a safe, clean baking environment, my home business is regulated by the base Public Health Office and I hold a valid food handlers card. I look forward to creating something very unique for you because each creation comes from your imagination.
