POLICY
Due to an increase in orders, payment is due in FULL at the time of ordering to hold your party date.
Refundable cake carrier deposit is required in addition to cake cost.
Refundable cake carrier deposits vary from $10.00 to $30.00.
Carrier deposit will be refunded in full ONLY if the carrier is returned clean and in the same condition it was received ONE (1) day after the event, unless other arrangements have been made.
Any cake accessories used may require additional refundable deposits, including but not limited to cake boards, stands, separator plates, and figures.
BOOKINGS
I try to accommodate everyone, but that is not always possible. If I am booked and I agree to put your cake into my schedule a $10.00 late
booking fee will be added to your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Full refund will be given ONLY
with a 48 hour or more cancellation notice. Cancellation
notices of less than 48 hours, will be refunded
half the payment in order to cover loss of booking,
prep time and cost.
PICK UP TIMES
When we schedule a pick-up time for your cake, please be considerate and punctual. I have a young family and other responsibilities beyond cakes. I would appreciate a call if you are going to be late. If you do not call I will access a $5.00 charge for every 15 minutes late.
TRAVELLING WITH YOUR CAKE
It is important to plan your cake’s safe journey to your party. Unless delivery is required, cakes are made ready to travel.
Cakes travel best placed on a flat surface such as the floor of your vehicle or trunk. Please DO NOT place your cake on the seat of your vehicle or on the lap of a passenger.
*PLEASE NOTE* Once you leave with your cake, it is your responsibility to keep it safe.
Should you damage your cake it is at my discretion to repair it, if at all possible, for a fee determined by the amount of damage.
